Gold 2-Hour Guaranteed Service

• Delivery within 2 hours of pick-up within a 25-mile radius of origination point.
• Available Monday through Friday for pick-ups before 4p.m. excluding holidays.

Silver 3-Hour Service

• Delivery within 3 hours of pick-up within a 50-mile radius of origination point.
• Available Monday through Friday for pick-ups before noon excluding holidays.

Nugget 5-Hour Service

• Delivery within 5 hours of pick-up within a 100-mile radius of origination point.
• Available Monday through Friday for pick-ups before noon excluding holidays.

Overnight Service

• No "per-piece" charge. Fee based on total shipment weight.
• Delivery by next day 12 a.m. anywhere in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, Monterey, San Benito, San Francisco, Contra Costa, or Alameda counties (with few exceptions).
• On time delivery provided:
  · Shipment originates in Santa Clara or Santa Cruz counties.
  · Order is called in by 2 p.m., after 2 p.m. is higher charge, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
  · Shipment is prepaid.
  · Weight per piece does not exceed 50 lbs.

Air Express Service

• Rush air service available to most U.S. destinations.
• Our dispatcher arranges point-to-point arrangements.
• Allow airport security clearance time.

Agent Service

• Choose our agent service for out of area shippers and carriers.
• Available at any Bay Area airport and particularly San Jose International.
